PRECAUTIONS

Dear Valued Customers

Thank you for your continued patronage of GENTLE. At GENTLE, we operate with the following precautions to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff:

- Regular disinfection and thorough ventilation of the interior
- Alcohol disinfectant provided for customers
- Spaced seating placement, to preserve social distancing between customers
- Use of trays for payment
- Staff wear masks
- Measurement of staff temperatures before they start work

We also ask customers who feel unwell to refrain from visiting GENTLE. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your cooperation with these precautions.

We have started offering a takeout menu. We hope you’ll enjoy it.

Organic Burger Box

Our organic burger box uses 15 types of organic vegetables and Yakumo beef. We use 100% Yakumo Beef from Kitazato in Hokkaido, which is the only organic beef in Japan. With its 15 varieties of organic vegetables, this box, unique to GENTLE, will build your health from the inside.

Gluten-free Vegan Burger Box

Our vegan burger box, with 15 types of organic vegetables. This burger of spiced soymeat is served with a sweet and spicy ginger sauce. With “fish fries”, made with yuba tofu skin prepared to resemble salmon, and 15 varieties of organic vegetables, this box, unique to GENTLE, will build your health from the inside.

GENTLES’s Special Green Smoothie

Pineapple, mango, spinach, and apple are blended together in vacuum. Because it is kept from contact with air, this special green smoothie by Gentle has rich flavors and its nutrients are protected.
